Jason Shapiro

82i was founded by Jason Shapiro out of a deep respect for entrepreneurs. Jason’s career spans operating, investing, and advisory roles, giving him firsthand perspective on how finance can either slow founders down or help them move forward with confidence.

After working closely with hundreds of founders across investing and advisory roles, Jason saw a consistent gap: entrepreneurs needed financial partners who combined strong execution with real judgment and alignment. He started 82i to fill that gap — building a firm designed to make finance useful, value-creating, and supportive of long-term success.
